IMP not only implements customer requests flexibly, reliably and competently, it also ensures during assembly that IMP systems are integrated quickly into the existing production processes on site. The assembly of the plant is realised in close consultation with the customer.

As part of the commissioning, the employees of the companies receive detailed and professional instruction from IMP in the functions and operation of the new system. With an individual service number, we ensure that our customers are always supported by a competent contact partner who is familiar with the customer-specific requirements.

Warranty and maintenance are part of the order and are agreed individually with our customers. All the statutory warranty claims are taken into account, of course.
